Each one of us is on a unique path in this journey of life. Thus, we have differing perspectives & conflicting principles. What we have in common is our longing for happiness & contentment from the beliefs & rules we have set for ourselves. We all have the same hope that our precepts, no matter how in contrast to what others have adapted, are truly reliable tools that will ultimately satisfy our yearning for bliss & state of well-being.
If we feel our current condition in life can still be so much better, or the course we are taking can still be so much clearer; then it would not hurt to validate our beliefs. For our actions that led us to our present state were all based on our beliefs.
With an intention of goodness, be truth seekers who allow the questioning of everything -- from our autopilot beliefs that we just accepted since childhood, to our beliefs formed on involuntary impulse, even to our beliefs that we claim with blind certainty as 'the absolute truth'.
As we journey through life, there is a part of us as humans that will trigger doubts. Take these doubts into consideration. Entertain these questions. Allow our minds to ask, to think for ourselves, to explore other worlds besides ours. Validating our truths is keeping our faith alive.
